My wife and I lived and worked in Indonesia some years ago. Maybe I missed it in my search of Indonesian foods and recipes, but I wonder if someone can tell us something about how tempeh is prepared and the various ways it can be cooked. As you know, it is now available in some US health-food stores in shrink-wrap.
